1、检查周边情况——仔细检查变频器和周边环境的通风及照明情况。要确保通风设备能够正常运转,照明设备能够正常使用。

2、检查内部电缆——打开变频器柜门,检查内部电缆是否有损坏、电缆间的连接是否正确可靠、所有接地线是否牢固可靠、接地点是否有生锈问题。变频器内的所有螺栓和螺母应该每半年紧固一次,确保连接可靠。
