TDC3000系统结构 

  TDC3000作为为典型DCS系统,进一步体现了集散控制理念,主要特点有:

  满足较大规模生产需要,两层控制网络架构,每条LCN可以连接10条UCN,每条UCN可连接32对冗余控制器。还可以将64条LCN通过NG连起来。

  三层控制平台

  1) PMx实现基础的回路调节,逻辑连锁,顺序控制以及复杂回路控制。

  2) AM实现控制

  3) VAX实现优化控制

  紧急停车系统SM的引入,实现生产保护。

  全局数据库概念,的历史模件

  操作站,同时具备操作站和工程师站能力。

  TDC3000为一套为经典的DCS系统,满足较大规模生产,复杂控制和控制应用。被大量的应用到工业生产控制中,特别是很多石油化工大型联合生产装置。

  TDC3000进一步体现了集散控制系统理念,其很多设计思想在霍尼韦尔新的控制系统中继续得到应用。

  2.3 TPS系统

  从上世纪90年开始,计算机特别是基于MS Windows 操作系统的PC机在工业企业大量使用,大大推动了企业信息管理应用水平。由于生产信息管理需要大量过程数据,这就要求DCS系统能够走向开放,与工厂信息系统集成,实现管理控制一体化。

  霍尼韦尔公司TPS(Total Plant Solution) 系统从1995年开始研发,1996年正式宣布推出。

  其主要目的就是控制系统从以前的不开放逐步走向开放,并实现管控一体化的目的。TPS保持TDC3000系统的基本架构,控制网络还是使用LCN+UCN双层网结构,使用HPM过程控制器,紧急停车系统采用FSC。在人际界面及应用平台上开始使用基于MS Windows NT 操作系统的PC开放平台。就是用GUS(Global User Station)操作站取代原来的US操作站;用APP(Application Processing Platform)取代原来的AM。这是上第一次正式将微软公司的Windows操作系统用于DCS系统,从此基于Windows操作系统逐步成为集散控制系统中集中操作和管理的主要平台。接着在1998年增加一个Uniformance PHD(Plant HistoryDatabase)节点,从而标志着完整的TPS系统历经3年研制宣告全部完成。

TDC3000 is the most classic DCS system that meets large-scale safety production, complex control, and advanced control applications. It is widely used in industrial production control, especially in many large-scale petrochemical joint production units.


The TDC3000 further embodies the concept of distributed control systems, and many of its design ideas continue to be applied in Honeywell's latest control systems.


2.3 TPS system


Since the 1990s, computers, especially PCs based on the MS Windows operating system, have been widely used in industrial enterprises, greatly promoting the level of enterprise information management applications. Due to the large amount of process data required for production information management, it is required that the DCS system be able to move towards openness, integrate with the factory information system, and achieve integrated management and control.


Honeywell's TPS (Total Plant Solution) system was developed in 1995 and officially announced for launch in 1996.


Its main purpose is to gradually move the control system from previously closed to open, and achieve the goal of integrated management and control. TPS maintains the basic architecture of the TDC3000 system, and the control network still uses a LCN+UCN double-layer network structure, using an HPM process controller, and the emergency shutdown system uses FSC.
