接地及接地系统的安装
DCS系统对接地要求较高,一般分为:
本质接地
系统直流工作接地
交流电源的保护接地
保护接地等
各类接地系统、各接地母线之间彼此绝缘。
各接地系统检查无混线后方能与各自母线和接地极相连。
系统直流工作接地要求高,不同家系统要求不同,阻值一般不能超过1Ω,因此打接地极。
其他系统接地要求为接地电阻小于4Ω。
保护接地可以与全厂系统地网相连。
接线
1、 硬件设备之间的连接
这种连接在控制室内部进行,大多采用多芯屏蔽双绞线或同轴电缆,用标准化的插件插接。
这些电缆称为系统电缆,种类多,所以工作时要仔细、谨慎,不能插错,并做好检查工作。
2、 DCS系统和在线仪表的连接
这是控制室与现场仪表的连接,量大点多,一般会有两种形式:
l 一根电缆从头到底,也就是现场仪表或执行机构的两芯电缆直接连到控制室DCS系统相应的模件接线端子;
l 控制室通过多芯主电缆连接到现场点集中的地方,通过接线盒再分别用两芯电缆与每个现场仪表或执行机构连接。
由于接线点数较多,每个点准确无误,牢固可靠,排列整齐、美观。

All kinds of Earthing system and grounding buses are insulated from each other.
Each Earthing system can be connected to its own bus and grounding electrode only after no mixed wires are checked.
The DC working grounding requirements of the system are the highest, and different systems have different requirements. The resistance value generally cannot exceed 1 Ω, so a grounding electrode must be installed.
The grounding requirement for other systems is that the grounding resistance is less than 4 Ω.
The safety protection grounding can be connected to the grounding network of the entire plant system.

1. Connection between hardware devices
This type of connection is carried out inside the control room, mostly using multi-core shielded twisted pair or coaxial cables, with standardized plug-in connections.
These cables are called system cables and have a variety of types, so when working, it is necessary to be careful and cautious, never plug them in incorrectly, and do a good job of inspection.
2. Connection between DCS system and online instruments
This is the connection between the control room and on-site instruments, which has a large quantity and usually comes in two forms:
A cable is connected from the beginning to the bottom, that is, the two core cable of the on-site instrument or actuator is directly connected to the corresponding module wiring terminal of the DCS system in the control room;
The control room is connected to a centralized location on site through a multi-core main cable, and then connected to each on-site instrument or actuator through a junction box using two core cables.
Due to the large number of wiring points, each point must be accurate, firm, reliable, neatly arranged, and aesthetically pleasing.
