Ordering

When ordering, it is necessary to choose the installation thread form, thread length, metal armor, intermediate joint, extension wire length, and Proximitor type of the sensor. The thread form of the sensor is used to specify the installation thread when the sensor is fixed on the bracket. There are two sizes to choose from: metric: M10 * 1, English: 3/8 "-24UNF. The thread length is used to adjust the distance between the probe surface and the bracket during installation. The longer the length, the longer the adjustable length. It must be noted whether the installation space can accommodate longer probe bodies. Metal armor refers to the stainless steel metal protective sleeve outside the extension cable. A 1m connector can be selected on the sensor extension line to facilitate installation. If a sleeve bracket is used, a sensor with an intermediate connector must be selected. The proximitor can be selected as explosion-proof grade model CON011 or standard proximitor CON021. When eddy current sensors are used for shaft vibration measurement, the PR6423 series of sensors with a probe diameter of 8mm and a linear working range of 2mm are usually selected.
