接线

1、 硬件设备之间的连接

这种连接在控制室内部进行，大多采用多芯屏蔽双绞线或同轴电缆，用标准化的插件插接。

这些电缆称为系统电缆，种类多，所以工作时要仔细、谨慎，不能插错，并做好检查工作。

2、 DCS系统和在线仪表的连接

这是控制室与现场仪表的连接，量大点多，一般会有两种形式：

l  一根电缆从头到底，也就是现场仪表或执行机构的两芯电缆直接连到控制室DCS系统相应的模件接线端子；

l  控制室通过多芯主电缆连接到现场点集中的地方，通过接线盒再分别用两芯电缆与每个现场仪表或执行机构连接。

由于接线点数较多，每个点准确无误，牢固可靠，排列整齐、美观。

电源

DCS系统电源要求很高，电源可靠且；

通常采用双回路供电，自动切换；

万一两路都停电，还要有不间断电源（UPS）瞬时接上，以保系统运行在状态。

1. Connection between hardware devices

2. Connection between DCS system and online instruments

This is the connection between the control room and on-site instruments, which has a large quantity and usually comes in two forms:

A cable is connected from the beginning to the bottom, that is, the two core cable of the on-site instrument or actuator is directly connected to the corresponding module wiring terminal of the DCS system in the control room;

The control room is connected to a centralized location on site through a multi-core main cable, and then connected to each on-site instrument or actuator through a junction box using two core cables.

Due to the large number of wiring points, each point is accurate and reliable, arranged neatly and aesthetically pleasing.

Power Supply

The DCS system has high requirements for power supply, which is reliable and reliable;
