3500/42M 位移、速度加速度监测器 

3500/42M 位移/速度加速度监测器和3500/40M功能相似，只是功能更强一些，它也是一个4 通道 

监测器，它可以接受来自位移、速度、加速度传感器的信号，通过对这些信号的处理，它可以完成不同的振动和位置测量，并将处理的信号与用户编程的报警值进行比较。

3500/42M 的每个通道均可以使用3500 框架组态软件进行编程，完成下列功能：

3500/42M displacement and velocity acceleration monitor

The 3500/42M displacement/velocity acceleration monitor has similar functions to the 3500/40M, except for its stronger functionality, which is also a 4-channel

A monitor that can accept signals from displacement, velocity, and acceleration sensors. By processing these signals, it can perform different vibration and position measurements and compare the processed signals with user programmed alarm values.

Each channel of the 3500/42M can be programmed using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to complete the following functions:

Radial vibration

Axial displacement

Differential expansion

Eccentricity

REBAM. 

Acceleration

Speed

Shaft vibration •

Circular acceptable zone

Note: Paired programming of monitor channels allows for multiple or more functions to be completed simultaneously. Channels 1 and 2 can complete one function, while channels 3 and 4 complete another (or the same) function. The meaning and fault diagnosis of the 3500/42M front panel LED (Light Emitting Diode) are similar to the previous 3500/40M modules.

The 3500/45 differential expansion/axial position monitor is a capable of receiving approaching eddy current sensors and rotating position sensors

(RPT), DC linear variable differential converter (DCLVDT), AC linear variable differential converter (AC LVDT), and 4-channel monitor for input signals of rotary potentiometers. The measurement type and related sensor inputs will determine which input/output (I/O) module is required. It processes input signals and compares the processed signals with user programmable alarm settings.

By using the 3500 rack configuration software, the 3500/45 can be programmed to perform the following functions:

Note: Paired programming of monitor channels allows for the completion of the above two functions each time. Channels 1 and 2 can perform one function, while channels 3 and 4 can perform another (or the same) function. However, only channels 3 and 4 can achieve shell expansion monitoring.
