在实际的控制中,设计一个合理的供电与接地系统,是***控制系统正常运行的重要环节。虽然PLC本身允许在较为恶劣的供电环境下运行。但是整个控制系统的供电和接地设计不合理,也是不能投入运行的。
系统供电设计是指可编程控制器所需电源系统的设计。它包括供电系统的一般性保护措施、可编程控制器电源模块的选择和典型供电系统的设计。
可编程控制器一般都使用工频交流电源(220V,50Hz),电网的冲击、频率的波动将直接影响到实时控制系统的精度和可靠性。电网的瞬间变化可产生的干扰传播到可编程控制器系统中,电网的冲击甚至会给整个系统带来毁灭性的破坏。为了提高系统的可靠性和抗干扰性能,在可编程控制器供电系统中一般可采取隔离变压器、交流稳压器、ups电源、晶体管开关型稳压电源等供电措施。
1.隔离变压器。隔离变压器的初级和次级之间采用隔离屏蔽层,用漆包线或铜等非导磁材料绕成。初、次级间的静电屏蔽层与零电位线相接,再用电容耦合接地。采用了隔离变压器后可以有效隔离供电电源中的干扰信号,从而提高系统的抗干扰性。
2.交流稳压器。为了抑制电网电压的起伏波动,可编程控制器系统中要设置有交流稳压器。在选择交流稳压器时,其容量要留有余量,余量一般可按实际需求容量的30%计算。一方面可充分***稳压特性;另一方面有助于交流稳压器的可靠工作。在实际应用中,有些可编程控制器对电源电压的波动具有较强的适应性,此时为了减少开支,也可不采用交流稳压器。

The electrostatic shielding layer between the primary and secondary layers is connected to the zero potential line, and then grounded through capacitive coupling. The use of isolation transformer can effectively isolate various interference signals in the power supply, thus improving the anti-interference of the system.
2. AC voltage regulator. In order to suppress the fluctuation of power grid voltage, an AC voltage regulator should be installed in the programmable controller system. When selecting an AC voltage regulator, there should be a margin in its capacity, which can generally be calculated as 30% of the actual required capacity. On the one hand, it can fully stabilize the voltage characteristics; On the other hand, it helps to ensure the reliable operation of AC voltage regulators. In practical applications, some programmable controllers have strong adaptability to fluctuations in power supply voltage. In order to reduce expenses, AC voltage stabilizers can also be omitted.
