3500/34  三重模块冗余(TMR)继电器模块 

对于满足ISA S84.01-1996对仪表系统可靠性要求的应用,3500 系列机械保护系统支持三重模块冗余(TMR)继电器模块。TMR 继电器模块采用三个独立的继电器提供一个继电器输出。TMR 继电器模块与专门的TMR 框架接口模块和三个监测器模块一起使用,提供3 选2 表决输出。   

TMR 继电器模块中的每个继电器包含“报警驱动逻辑”。报警驱动逻辑采用“与”和“或”逻辑编程,可以应用于来自框架中任何监测器通道或几个监测器通道的报警输入(警告和危险)。报警驱动逻辑由3500 框架组态软件根据不同的应用需要编程。 

TMR 继电器模块的功能: 

3500/34 TMR 继电器模块由两部分组成:TMR 继电器模块(两个)和TMR 继电器输入/输出 

(I/O)模块。通过编程,两个TMR 继电器模块 同时行使同样的功能,有效地提供冗余支持。   

每一部分的功能如下:  

TMR  继电器模块: TMR 继电器模块根据用户编程的报警驱动逻辑,为4 个继电器通道的每个通道提供3 个独立的报警触点信号。每个继电器通道的报警驱动逻辑由3500 框架组态软件编程。在 TMR 框架内,用于报警驱动逻辑的报警信号(通道警告、通道危险、监测器警告等)由三个监测器通过三个独立的数据通道同时提供。TMR 继电器模块分别检测每个数据通道,生成三个报警触点信号,并发送到TMR 继电器I/O 模块。如果某一个数据通道的OK 状态为NOT OK,则与该通道相关的报警触点信号将被置为无效。  

TMR  继电器 I/O  模块: TMR 继电器 I/O 模块包含12 个继电器,分为4 个通道组,每组3 个继电器。这种方式为4 个继电器通道提供3 选2 继电器表决功能。对于每个继电器通道,TMR 继电器模块提供3 个报警触点信号。每个报警触点信号输入到通道组中的一个继电器。这些继电器通道组从电气设计上可以提供下表中所列的3 选2 表决。此外,每个TMR 继电器模块提供一个经TMR继电器I/O 模块检测的OK 状态。如果模块处于NOT OK 状态,来自该模块的报警触点信号将不被检测。

3500/34 Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) Relay Module

For applications that meet the extremely high reliability requirements of ISA S84.01-1996 for instrument systems, the 3500 series mechanical protection system supports Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) relay modules. The TMR relay module uses three independent relays to provide one relay output. The TMR relay module is used in conjunction with a dedicated TMR framework interface module and three monitor modules, providing a 2-out of 3 voting output.    

Each relay in the TMR relay module contains' alarm drive logic '. The alarm drive logic uses "AND" and "OR" logic programming and can be applied to alarm inputs (warning and danger) from any monitor channel or several monitor channels in the frame. The alarm drive logic is programmed by the 3500 rack configuration software according to different application needs.  

Functions of TMR relay module:

The 3500/34 TMR relay module consists of two parts: the TMR relay module (two) and the TMR relay input/output

(I/O) module. Through programming, two TMR relay modules simultaneously perform the same function, effectively providing redundancy support.    

The functions of each section are as follows:

TMR Relay Module: The TMR relay module provides three independent alarm contact signals for each of the four relay channels based on user programmed alarm drive logic. The alarm drive logic for each relay channel is programmed by the 3500 rack configuration software. Within the TMR framework, the alarm signals used for alarm driven logic (channel warning, channel danger, monitor warning, etc.) are provided simultaneously by three monitors through three independent data channels. The TMR relay module detects each data channel separately, generates three alarm contact signals, and sends them to the TMR relay I/O module. If the OK status of a data channel is NOT OK, the alarm contact signal associated with that channel will be set to invalid.   

TMR relay I/O module: The TMR relay I/O module contains 12 relays, divided into 4 channel groups, with 3 relays in each group. This method provides 2 out of 3 relay voting function for 4 relay channels. For each relay channel, the TMR relay module provides three alarm contact signals. Each alarm contact signal is input to a relay in the channel group. These relay channel groups can provide 2 out of 3 voting options listed in the following table in terms of electrical design. In addition, each TMR relay module provides an OK status that has been detected by the TMR relay I/O module. If the module is in a NOT OK state, the alarm contact signal from the module will not be detected.
