3500/45 监测器的主要功能是:
1) 通过将所监测参数与设定的报警点进行连续比较并驱动报警,以提供机械保护功能
2) 为运行人员和维护人员提供基本的机器信息。
根据组态,每一通道可将输入信号处理为称作“比例值”的多种参数。每一个有效比例值可组态为报警设置点,而任意两个有效比例值可组态为危险设置点。
前面板LED(发光二极管): OK LED 指示3500/45 运行正常
TX/RX LED:指示3500/45 正在与3500框架内其它模块通讯旁路
LED:指示3500/45 正处于旁路关态
通过LED进行故障诊断时,3500/45与前面提到的3500/40M相似。 传感器缓冲输出:在监测器前面板上每个通道对应有一个同轴接头。各同轴接头带有短路保护。当使用DC LVDT 时,通道3 和通道4 是-10Vdc 的电平转换。当使用ACLVDT 时,所有通道均为由LVDT 返回的交流信号的直流显示。

The main functions of the 3500/45 monitor are:
1) By continuously comparing the monitored parameters with the set alarm points and driving alarms, mechanical protection functions are provided
2) Provide basic machine information for operators and maintenance personnel.
According to the configuration, each channel can process input signals into various parameters called "proportional values". Each valid proportional value can be configured as an alarm set point, while any two valid proportional values can be configured as danger set points.
Front panel LED (light emitting diode): OK LED indicates that 3500/45 is operating normally
TX/RX LED: Indicates that the 3500/45 is bypassing communication with other modules in the 3500 rack
LED: Indicates that 3500/45 is in the bypass off state
When using LED for fault diagnosis, the 3500/45 is similar to the previously mentioned 3500/40M. Sensor buffered output: There is a coaxial connector corresponding to each channel on the front panel of the monitor. Each coaxial connector is equipped with short-circuit protection. When using DC LVDT, channels 3 and 4 have a level conversion of -10Vdc. When using ACLVDT, all channels are displayed as DC of the AC signal returned by LVDT.

Otherwise leave unconnected. These pins connect to the analog ground of the MIO data acquisition boards. 3 OUTPUT Output – Main module analog output. In Scan mode, the outputs of all eight channels appear here in sequence.
